New Industrial Firefighting Vehicle by ABO DEMAN for Motor Oil’s Agioi Theodoroi (Corinth) Refineries

During 2024, ABO DEMAN completed and delivered to Motor Oil (Hellas) – Corinth Refineries S.A. a new, state-of-the-art industrial firefighting vehicle, built on a SCANIA R660 chassis and equipped with a 6,500-liter foam tank.

The vehicle has been specifically designed to meet the demanding requirements of high-risk industrial facilities, integrating advanced systems and cutting-edge firefighting equipment. Key technical features include:

  • Power take-off (F.PTO) OMSI
  • Bronze water pump HALE RME 300-3
  • Bronze foam pump Albany AP11.5, positive displacement, self-priming, gear pump
  • Roof monitor Firedos M7-DC with AMPN20-DC nozzle, capable of delivering 20,000 liters per minute at 10 bar pressure, with a throw distance of 140 meters and a 6,500-liter foam tank
  • Pneumatic telescopic mast with lighting units and CCTV camera
  • Electronic interface nodes for control of electrical and electronic subsystems

The delivery of this vehicle significantly strengthens the fire safety mechanism of the refineries, offering enhanced operational readiness and advanced intervention capabilities in high-demand environments.
